The one difference in Boulder is that we’re seeing nice houses sell quickly and with multiple offers even in the higher price ranges. In Denver, there’s less of that in the over $500,000 price range. It will be interesting to see where this goes. It’s hard to imagine that it will keep up at this feverish pace for the whole year. Spring is always the busiest season and this year is extreme.
This creates a great window of opportunity to put your house on the market.
